The Fed announced it will soon begin to unwind its bond ETF holdings. The market reaction was strong when the Fed announced it was buying bonds and ETFs. So far, the reaction to the unwind announcement has been muted. Given the relative size and liquidity of the Fed's ETF holdings it doesn't appear Fed selling should disrupt markets.
